During design, our integrated Design Office innovates by :

  • Responding to the constraints of congestion reduction and tightening tolerances with the Finite Element Method (FEM).
  • Improving filtration performance through mechanical simulation of fluids.
  • Reducing development times, through digital simulations.
  • Designing, if necessary, our own dedicated machines.

From the submission of the PPAP file proof that the manufacturing process meets the capacity requirements our teams demonstrate their expertise in the areas of bar turning, grinding, finishing operations (sandblasting, barreling, sorting).

The integration of the value chain allows us to increase our responsiveness and further control costs.

We respect cleanliness criteria thanks to our high-performance equipment (specific washing machines, particulate extraction, etc.) and have modern means of measurement.

Here are examples of parts we manufacture for the automotive industry: Filters, Injector valves, Ball gaskets...

  • Raw Materials: Free-cutting steels (1.0758, 1.0762…)
  • Characteristics of the parts: length 8 to 150 mm, diameter Ø3 - Ø10 μm (0.003 - 0.010 mm), drilling 60 - 80 μm, from 2000 to 5000 holes, groove, tolerance +/- 0.05.
  • Lot size: 2,000 to 7 million parts.
